The Smokies get their name from the haze that hangs over the ridgelines at dawn, and this bar bottles it — black spruce and eucalyptus like the mist itself, patchouli and charcoal for the deep, damp earth beneath the trees, brightened just enough with bergamot and orange to keep it from getting heavy. Darker and mistier than anything else on the shelf.
