"I didn’t notice the heavy grit little warning, it is brutal on my skin, tried it in the shower and it was like sandpaper! I don’t recommend especially sensitive skin. I a huge collection of all their soaps never encountered this terrible experience. Be ware heavy grit means sandpaper maybe for people with messed up rough feet."
